Mk Michael Ben-Ari slammed High Court Justice Proccia Wednesday for agreeing to let Anat Kam, suspected of leaking thousands of classified IDF documents, to remain home and not be placed in detention until the end of proceedings against her.
Ben-Ari says that the same judge ordered 14 year old religious girls to remain in prison till the end of proceedings against them when they were accused of minor offensives regarding nationalist issues.
