The shekel was mixed against foreign currencies on the Bank of Israel's exchange rate list on Monday. The United States dollar declined .271 percent and was set at NIS 3.682.
The Euro rose 1.176 percent and was fixed at 5.0084 shekels, while the pound sterling was set at NIS 5.681, up an eighth of a percent.
