The far-left Meretz party has petitioned the high court to order the implementation of an eviction decree for Beit Yehonatan in the Jerusalem’s Silwan neighborhood.
The Jerusalem municipality says it will only evict Jews if it will be allowed to evict illegal Arab squatters as well.
