Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu told Congressional officials in Washington that if the Palestinian Authority did not back down from its demands for a full Israeli construction freeze in Judea, Samaria, and Jerusalem, talks between Israel and the PA could be postponed by as long as a year. “We must not allow ourselves to be sucked into fulfilling illogical and overreaching demands,” Netanyahu said.
