Member of Knesset Zev Bielski (Kadima) slammed Tourism Minister Stas Misezhnikov (Yisrael Beiteinu) late Saturday night, saying that “The statements made by the tourism minister cause the state great damage, at home and abroad. Misezhnikov should comprehend that he is a minister in the Israeli government and that his racist remarks may be construed as the government stance.”

Misezhnikov attacked the multi-annual aid plan to the non-Jewish sector on Saturday, saying it had the potential to perpetuate and reward disloyalty to the State of Israel among certain non-Jewish sectors of the public, specifically Arab citizens.
