Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is scheduled to meet with United States Defense Secretary Robert Gates on Monday, during his visit to Washington DC. It is rumored that the prime minister may also meet with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton who berated Netanyahu for 43 minutes last week over continued Jewish construction in Jerusalem's northwest Ramat Shlomo neighborhood. It has been reported that Netanyahu sent a letter to the American administration detailing Israeli concessions to Washington and to the American-backed Palestinian Authority.
