The United States has imposed sanctions on two companies in Gaza because of their connection with Hamas. The sanctions prohibit American citizens to do transactions with the Islamic National Bank, which Hamas opened in the Gaza Strip a year ago, and the television station "Al - Aksa", controlled by Hamas.
