Abbas vs Arab League

PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas threatened to boycott the upcomming Arab League summit, which is scheduled to take place in two weeks in Libya, if Arab leaders do not reach a clear decision against Israel, following its continued construction in Jerusalem.
