Chairman of "Professors for a Strong Israel" Prof. Elisha Haas sent a letter to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu in which he wrote that the "statements of American officials in recent days are nothing but a blatant attempt to undermine Israeli sovereignty in the capital of Israel."

"Demands presented by the administration in Washington crossed many red lines. We have reached the point where there is no choice but to tell the Obama administration that Jerusalem is our capital and we will and not made any concessions that might hurt the future of the Zionist enterprise," added Professor Haas.
