The National Union party decided to boycott the ceremonial meeting at the Knesset in honor of the President of Brazil, Lula da Silva, which is taking place this afternoon.

The decision was made after the president of Brazil refused to visit Mount Herzl and lay a wreath on the grave of Theodore Herzl.
