The Knesset is to hold a special session Monday morning under the heading of "Encouraging Aliyah" with the goal of encouraging immigration to Israel and strengthening ties with Diaspora Jews.

The session will be attended by Knesset members, ministers and senior officials, including: Diaspora Affairs Minister Yuli Edelstein, Head of the National Union party MK Yakov Katz, Yehuda Katz of the Jewish Agency, Danny Overman from Nefesh B'Nefesh, and Rabbi Berel Wein, head of the Destiny organization.
