Senior Hamas leader, Mahmoud A-Zahar said today that Hamas will not return to talks on the release of kidnapped soldier Gilad Shalit until Israel agrees to the conditions set by Hamas.

A-Zahar spoke at a conference at the Islamic University in Gaza.
