Pakistani Weapons Test a Message to India

Pakistan’s navy has successfully test-fired a series of missiles and torpedoes on Friday in what its government is calling a message to “nefarious” forces – an apparent reference to India. While the two nuclear-armed countries have taken gradual steps towards restarting peace talks, both have a history of using weapons tests as a form of diplomatic saber-rattling.
