Security officials in Jerusalem are on high alert Friday morning in anticipation of Arab riots in the capital. A decision was made to increase security measures based on intelligence indicating that violence was being planned for the Old City and surrounding neighborhoods. Only Muslim men over the age of 50 who carry Israeli ID cards, as well as Muslim women of all ages, will be permitted by police to reach the Temple Mount.
