Members of the Jerusalem City Council, Yair Gabay and Jacob Halperin and MK Danny Danon (Likud), toured the area intended for the 1,600 housing unit project in the Ramat Shlomo neighborhood of Jerusalem.

During the tour, MK Danon, said that "building in Jerusalem is at the heart of the Israeli consensus and is not subject to questioning. Our right to build in Jerusalem, the eternal capital of the Jewish people does not depend on any timetables or current events."
