The recent violence perpetrated by Border Policemen and Yassam Special Patrol Units accompanying Jewish building freeze inspectors has conviced Yesha residents that new tactics are needed to win their battle for survival. The Samaria Residents Committee recently concluded that video cameras are as vital a weapon as any other means, and has therefore begun a series of photography courses for residents of local communities.
