The Taliban claimed responsibility on Wednesday for a suicide bombing inside a NATO base in eastern Afghanistan that killed two international servicemen. A Taliban fighter wearing an Afghan police uniform infiltrated the base Tuesday night and detonated his explosive vest next to a group of soldiers. The Taliban has been resisting the occupation of Afghanistan by Western forces since 2002.
