The State Comptroller's office is working on completing a report that discusses security on the Mount of Olives. The report will more clearly define areas of responsibility for security agencies, in the hope of lessening the level of vandalism by Arabs against graves in the ancient Jewish cemetery, officials said. Jerusalem city officials said they hoped the report would accomplish its goal, as the Mount of Olives is a national monument, and it should be treated like one, by both citizens and the state.
