The council of settlers of Benjamin and Samaria attacked the renewal of Israel's negotiations with the PA, saying that, "reopening of negotiations with the Arabs is a recipe for a permanent increase in the terror and violence, the surrender of Israel to Arab blackmail and the slippery slope of giving up more parts of the homeland for a state of Arab terror."
