A meeting between Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and U.S. Vice-President Joe Biden began Tuesday morning, and was expected to last until after noon. At the beginning of the meeting, Biden signed Netanyahu's guest book, writing “you were right about our individual pasts. Israel is lucky to have you, and I am lucky to have you as a friend.”
