The government-controlled price of gasoline will go up to NIS 6.55 for self-service as of midnight Monday morning. Another 13 agorot will be added for full service.
The 1.9 percent price increase was attributed to increasing value of the dollar against the shekel, in addition to the rising price of crude oil.
