A multi-party bill was introduced in the Knesset Sunday that would limit the management fee on "manager's insurance" pension funds (bituach menahalim) to four percent of the contributions and one percent of the amount accumulated in the funds. The fee for new comprehensive pension plans would be limited to 3.5 percent of the contributions and .2 percent of the accumulated amount.
Under the bill, a .7 percent ceiling would be put on new general pensions funds, long-term savings accounts and continuing education funds.
