The Knesset on Monday approved the second and third readings of a tax exemption for scholarships to students and researchers.
The bill includes students and researchers in Torah works. Member of Knesset Uri Ariel, who initiated the inclusion of the field, said he was happy the Knesset recognized the importance of Torah works and included the institutions where they are studied.
