Palestinian Authority tax officials, police, and other security agents over the weekend discovered and destroyed a cache of – cleaning supplies, manufactured in the Samaria town of Karnei Shomron. The action, which received much publicity in the Palestinian Authority media, was part of "the national moral obligation of the Palestinians" to combat products manufactured in Yesha.
In this case, however, the action was more damaging to Palestinians than to the residents of Karnei Shomron; the cleaning supplies are manufactured by an Arab family that rents factory space in the Karnei Shomron industrial zone.
