Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said Tuesday that Israel's solar technology developments could give the country a good chance to wean itself off the use of oil. "We are at the point of being able to bring about a true revolution," Netanyahu said. "In the south we will be tested in our ability to lead, to see whether we can become a light to the rest of the world in this area." Netanyahu was speaking at the Eilat-Eilot Conference on Renewable Energy.
