The Binyamin Regional Council sharply criticized High Court chief justice Dorit Beinish Tuesday for her attempts to push for the demolishing of homes in Charsha, near Talmon, and Givat Hayovel, in Eli. "Beinish has thrown her shoe in the face of the residents of Jewish residents of Judea and Samaria. The High Court has lost its shame and is now engaging in discrimination against Jews in the daylight." The group added that "Beinish's insistence on demolishing the home of Roi Klein with the excuse that it is legally required is an embarrassment for the justice system and the state of Israel."
