In a speech before students in Qatar, U.S. Secretary of State Hilary Clinton said that Iran is becoming and military dictatorship and that the U.S. is working to get China to agree to sanctions against the Islamic Republic.
Clinton also said that the U.S. does not plan to attack Iran.
