Member of Knesset Michael Ben-Ari (National Union) asked Justice Minister Ya'akov Ne'eman on Sunday night to dismiss State Prosecutor Moshe Lador over his insistence that the city of Jerusalem carry out an order to vacate and seal Jonathan House in the Arab-Jewish neighborhood of Shiloach (Silwan).
Referring to the letter that Lador wrote to Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat on Sunday demanding immediate execution of the order, Dr. Ben-Ari said the prosecutor "exaggerated when he seeks to destroy Jonathan House while he is silent regarding about the 200 demolition orders for the Arabs," which Ben-Ari called "racial discrimination."
