Speaking Tuesday, the head of the Iranian Atomic Energy Commission, Ali Akhbar Salihi, said that it was Iran's right to enrich uranium up to 100%, nor just 20%, as the government announced it would do yesterday.

"We are fully within our rights to enrich to 100%," Salihi said in an interview with Iranian TV.
