Investigators announced Tuesday that the Ethiopian Airlines plane that crashed last month after taking off from Beirut Airport went down because of human error. The plane crashed after it had just taken off from Beirut airport in a fierce thunderstorm. All 90 people on the plane were believed killed, but only 15 bodies have been found so far.

The "black box" flight recorder belonging to the plane was found Sunday.
