      More Non-Residents Trading Foreign Currency


      In a report on the foreign currency market Tuesday, the Bank of Israel said that more non-Israelis participated in foreign currency trading in Israel during January than in December. Last month, 60% of the foreign currency transactions in Israel were conducted by non-residents, while the figure for December transactions was 56%. Total foreign exchange transactions totaled $103 billion, the Bank said.
