Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met this afternoon with European Union ambassadors in Israel, saying, "in the last two days the brutal regime in Tehran again made clear its desire to eliminate Israel. Israel expects from every responsible government in the world and certainly your governments, to strongly condemn these statements. But it takes more than words to do so."

Netanyahu elaborated that, "Iran is galloping rapidly towards acquiring nuclear weapons as it disregards the international community, which will have to defend the peace of the world and impose sanctions on Iran. Not partial sanctions and moderate sanctions. The hour calls for paralyzing sanctions on Iran now."
