The Supreme Court will discuss on Monday three petitions filed against the decision of Deputy Health Minister Yaakov Litzman to fund dental care for children at the expense of expanding the health basket.

However, three other organizations, the Association for Civil Rights, Physicians for Human Rights and the Adva Center, wish to join the discussion on the side of the defense because they claim the initiative is designed to help the weak and that Litzman is correcting a historical distortion.
