A Chinese citizen who came to Israel to work in the building trade two years ago was detained after inspectors from the Oz Foreign Workers unit of the Interior Ministry found him giving haircuts in a Tel Aviv barbershop.

Oz Manager Yehuda Ben-Ezra said all work not included in the entry permit constitutes a violation of the terms of entry.
