An Israeli citizen mistakenly entered the Samarian Palestinian Authority (PA) town of Tulkarm Sunday afternoon. He was taken out of the town by PA security personnel, in coordination with Israel's Civil Administration for Judea and Samaria, and turned over to the Israel Police.

The Spokesperson's Office of  the Israel Defense Forces stressed that entry into Area A, under PA control, is against the law unless coordinated with authorities ahead of time. Entry into Area B, with more Israeli control, is still considered dangerous and not recommended.
