Jewish Defense League of Canada offered a $500 reward to anyone who would provide information regarding the assailants who attacked two Jewish students at Toronto's York University during pro-Israel activity on Monday, according to the Shalom Life website.

Co-President Tyler Golden of Hasbara Fellowships said his group, which runs a campaign called Free Palestinians from Hamas, was tabling for abducted Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit. A debate between the Hasbara people and anti-Israel individuals quickly escalated into a situation in which an angry mob of about 50 students surrounded his group and chanted anti-Israel and anti-Semitic slurs. Golden says two Jewsih students were hit when the anti-Israel individuals pushed away cameras that the Hasbara people were using for security purposes.
