License Granted for Offshore Oil Search

Ratzio Oil Explorations has received a license from the Infrastructures Ministry to search for oil at the offshore Gal drilling site, 150 kilometers west of Netanya. The license is good until August 2011. The site, which encompasses 1.77 million dunams of Israel's territorial waters, is situated southwest of the site being explored by the Ratzio Yam group.
