Two more gas fields with a combined value of $7.5 billion, were discovered off the Israeli coast in Israeli territorial waters.
The discovery was made by Canada's Bontan Oil and Gas Exploration at its Mira and Sarah prospects which are believed to contain up to 6 trillion cubic feet of natural gas.
