Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, said Wednesday night in his speech at the Herzliya Conference that "in the coming weeks the peace process with the Palestinians will resume without preconditions."
According to Netanyahu, "The international community recognizes that Israel wants to resume the peace process, and once the international community recognized this, the practical feasibility of this step became possible."
