Kadima Chairwoman Tzipi Livni told 15 local governments from the party Thursday that the party is meant not only to make it to the government but to advance a certain perspective. She added that elections are not a process at the end of which cabinet portfolios are distributed.
Livni added, in the wake of Wednesday's throwing of shoes at Supreme Court President Dorit Beinisch, that Israel is disintegrating as a democracy and that red lines have been crossed in relation to local government and law enforcement officials.
