Hundreds of Jewish residents of Gaza who were uprooted by the government in the Disengagement of 2005 came from around the country to the nearby Kissufim forest on Thursday to continue the tree planting that began a year after the expulsion.

Participants went up on a crane to look at the place where their homes stood. On the place where the crane stood a lookout tower will be erected for looking at the area.
