Knesset member Uri Ariel (National Union) is urging Jewish residents of Judea and Samaria who are adversely affected by the government’s construction freeze to file lawsuits against the action without further delay.
The Ministry of Defense on Monday published advertisements explaining to the public how to file claims for damages caused by the construction – some two months after it went into effect. Ariel said he was concerned that further delay would result in the claims being ignored.
