'The Arabs Are Hostile and Will Continue To Be Hostile'

Dr. Dan Shiftan, Director of the National Securities Studies Center at the University of Haifa, supports concessions towards Arabs and believes that the Land of Israel must be divided between the Jews and Arabs. However, he adds that no matter what, Arabs will remain hostile to Jews.
