Addressing the Knesset Tuesday, Justice Minister Yaakov Neeman confirmed that the court system was lacking in resources. Neeman was responding to a query by MK Avraham Michaeli (Shas).

Neeman said that his office was considering various ideas to maximize its resources. One idea is to give preference to judges who write shorter decisions that relate directly to the question at hand, as opposed to lengthy discussions on the nature and context of their decision.
