Chief Rabbi Calls for Fast on Thursday

Chief Sephardic Rabbi Shlomo Amar called for all those who are able, to fast on Thursday and pray for rain, due to the continued drought. "Because of our sins, the water situation is in a serious state," said Rabbi Amar.
