Iranian security forces clashed with opposition activists in the city of Isfahan on Wednesday. According to the reformist website, Jaras, many demonstrators were injured by police. The protestors had gathered to commemorate the death of Grand Ayatollah Hossein Ali Montazeri. Police fired teargas to disperse the crowd and made several arrests following the clash.
