Israel's real estate market bounced back in November, with home sales climbing 16% for the month, after a fall of 30% in the previous several months. The average price of a dwelling was down 6.1% during the month. The ratio of dwellings purchased for the purpose for residency, as opposed to purchase for investment, continued to climb as well.

Other economic indicators also improved in November, including the index of industrial purchases, which was up to a new record of 68.8, compared to 60.4 in October. The rise indicates anticipation among business that they will be spending more on equipment and infrastructure. Sales in chain stores were up 2.2% as well.
