Homefront Command General Yair Golan signed an order Monday evening which put limits on the entry of Sheikh Raed Salah, leader of the northern branch of the Israel Islamic Association, to Jerusalem.

The Spokesperson's Office of the Israel Defense Forces explains that the order came from the Homefront Command under laws to protect the security of the state and its citizens, as well as that of public order.
