Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal has accused Israel of failing to complete a deal for the release of abducted soldier Gilad Shalit.

Speaking at the end of a visit in Yemen, Mashaal said that Hamas will not sign the deal until the Israeli government agrees to all of Hamas's conditions.
