The High Court justices rejected a petition filed by 14 residents of the Gaza Strip, the relatives of terrorists imprisoned in Israel, who demanded they approve them a visit to their relatives, as was customary before the Hamas takeover in 2007.
"Allowing Gazans to enter Israel for this purpose is not included in the basic humanitarian needs that Israel is required to provide," said the judges.
